Skybolt Capital has built a multi million pound real estate portfolio through direct acquisitions and joint ventures with its partners. These are both commercial and residential. The portfolio consists of long term assets spread across the UK and Switzerland. The company is also engaged in residential development. The company wishes to purchase more assets. The criteria we are looking for should contain the following:
- Freehold (We also buy Commercial Ground Rents with head lease’s no longer than 30 years)
- Located in London ,the Southeast or Switzerland.
- Preferably with a yield of 6.5%+ and or a development angle.
- Retail, Office, Industrial or Residential.
- Lot size £100,000 to £5,000,000.
